1. How could I get in touch with industry professionals?
I feel as one of the easiest ways to contact professionals would be by the use of direct messaging on various social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter. However, for some others methods such as emailing may be a better method, as I'm guessing not all will use social media

Additionally, some industry professionals would likely be reachable via official forum pages

2. What questions could I ask them?
How did you get into the writing / video game industry?

What sort of things do you research when creating a narrative story (World story / character story)?

3. How else can I find out about jobs in the industry and learn what it is like to be in those jobs?
Job positions are often posted / advertised on social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, meaning it would be a rather good idea for me to create an account and follow different people / industry related companies.
Additionally, there are also many websites that advertise job positions. These posts outline the details of the job (such as salary, location, and role name) but also give an outline of the task(s) that would need to be carried out by the employee.
